RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 2, THE PARK AT CTC, <br />INOVONICS ENTERPRISES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, The Park at CTC, <br />Inovonics Enterprises; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to most of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development <br />Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That, prior to issuance of a building permit, a covenant agreement shall be recorded <br />against the property that states that for zoning code, building code and drainage purposes, <br />the two lots are considered as a single property; <br /> <br />2. That, the cross access easements/agreements be subject to Staff review and approval prior <br /> to recording with evidence of recording to be provided prior to recording of the final PUD; <br /> <br />That the four-foot berm to the east/southeast of the main entry is further evaluated and <br />modified to ensure stormwater and irrigation water do not drain directly onto the adjacent <br />sidewalk; <br /> <br />4. That the light pole on the north side of the main entry drive, between CTC Boulevard and <br /> the main entry be shifted approximately lO feet to the west; <br /> <br />5. That it be noted on the PUD that the letters for the wall signs and ground signs shall be <br /> constructed of metal; and <br /> <br />6. That the sign text shall be limited to the name and trademark of the business only. <br /> <br /> <br />
