CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 60 SERIES 1999 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1999 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CONSERVATION TRUST- LAND ACQUISITION, THE CAPITAL PROJECTS, THE SEWER UTILITY AND THE GOLF COURSE FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, the Capital Projects, the Sewer Utilityand the Golf Course Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted; and WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, the Capital Projects, the Sewer Utility and the Golf Course Funds. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; 1. That the 1999 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $4,867,939 to $4,872,939 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. That the 1999 Capital Projects Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $5,736,822 to $5,862,822 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. 3. That the 1999 Sewer Utility Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $4,858,704 to $5,258,704 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. 4. That the 1999 Golf Course Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $2,031,005 to $2,161,005 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
