RESOLUTION NO. 81 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2010 BUDGET BY AMENDING <br /> APPROPRIATIONS IN THE PEG FEES FUND AND NORTHWEST PARKWAY <br /> FUND <br /> WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2010 budget by amending <br /> appropriations in the PEG Fees Fund and Northwest Parkway Fund; and <br /> WHEREAS, the need to amend the 2010 budget arises to formally adopt <br /> adjustments to the current 2010 budget that were not anticipated, or were not <br /> measureable, at the time the original 2010 budget was adopted <br /> WHEREAS, funding for any increase in appropriations will come from fund <br /> reserves. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> SECTION 1. That the 2010 PEG Fees Fund appropriation be increased <br /> by $18,700, from $15,000 to $33,700. <br /> SECTION 2. That the 2010 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriation be <br /> increased by $250,000, from $300 to $250,300. <br /> SECTION 3.
