<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDINOTITLE 16AND TIM 17 OF THE LOUIS-
<br />VILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE THE EXPEDITED PUD REVIEW
<br />PROCESS, THY MINOR SUBDIVISION PROCEDURES. AND
<br />SUBDIVISION DEFINITIONS
<br />WHEREAS, thR City of Louisville (the 'City"). is a Colorado home
<br />rula municipal corporation du1v organized and existing under laws
<br />of the State of Colorado and e C y of Louisville Home Rule Chap
<br />ter (the "City Charter");
<br />WHEREAS, the expedited PUD process is an effective tool for appprraa
<br />Vrlaate PUD applications but has a limited scope of eligible applica•
<br />WHEREAS, the City desires to revise the expedited PUD review
<br />roce5s so a broader range of appropriate PUD appllcatlons can uti-
<br />ize the process;
<br />WHEREAS the City desires to revise the minor subdivision prow-
<br />Cures- and' subdivision definitions to align with the revised expedit-
<br />ed PUD precast,
<br />WHEREAS after a duly noticed public hearing held March 14,
<br />2023, vdiere evidence and estlmon were entered into the record
<br />includingg the Louisville Planning (Yommission Staff Report dated
<br />March 14 2023. the Louisville Planning Commission has recom-
<br />mended Lilo C ty Council adopt the amendments to the LMC set
<br />forth in tills a lance; and
<br />WHEREAS, City council has provided notice of a public hearing
<br />an sold ordinance by publication as provided by law and held a pub-
<br />lic hearing as provided in said notice.
