RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />SERIES 1996 <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING PORTIONS OF SOUTH <br />96TH STREET AND DILLON ROAD TO A, AGRICULTURE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission a request <br />by the City to zone rights -of -way recently annexed to the City; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the zoning have been reviewed by City staff and <br />found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, <br />comprehensive plan, and related policies; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said request should be approved without <br />condition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the zoning of portions of South 96th <br />Street and Dillon Road to A, Agriculture. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />By: <br />Tuk,t, /l4v <br />Tom McAvinew, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />By: % l�C` t/ -,� 9-0 <br />)ill Boulet, Chairman <br />Planning Commis on <br />
