Finance Report <br />2011 Budget Review <br />December 2010 Financial Update <br />2010 Audit Update <br />2011 budget review was looked at in December. Mary asked if any questions or concerns. <br />Clifton Gunderson will be done in the next two weeks with audits. New Finance Director <br />Vipheatra Dana has been hired and is starting next Tuesday 2/1. She has a strong financial <br />background in housing: Rob would like to send a letter of acknowledgement to Lisa Bangs. <br />Alma stated it could be emailed to her. <br />Property Management /Maintenance Report <br />Rent and Occupancy Update <br />Monthly Rental Vacancy Report <br />Currently there is one vacancy at Lilac Place, which will be occupied first week of February. <br />Other vacancy is at Hillside which will be filled with someone off waitlist. Walt brought up the <br />awning at Lydia Morgan. Rob suggested the volunteer snow removal program and getting <br />someone from there to help. Rob would like a property tour scheduled since Joyce Brassetn <br />became a new board member. Chuck states Sally can schedule possibly in spring. Bonnie stated <br />there are rules to follow during the tour. She will get that information to us. <br />Section 8: HCV Program Report <br />Monthly. statistics <br />There are currently 71 Housing Choice vouchers in Louisville. The program is stable and no <br />change is anticipated. <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br />None at this time. <br />Discussion of Agenda Items for next 2011 LHA board meeting: February 22, 20 at Lydia <br />Morgan Apartments, <br />We will be getting financial analysis from Steve Clark Associates of the properties. Chuck <br />will bring back next meeting.
