Describe request showing justification and relief sought. <br />Request the reduction of the minimum front yard setback from 30' to <br />25'. The lots are shallow (104') in proportion to their width and area. <br />Thus the 30' setback results in minimal useable rear yard. Lots on <br />the North Side of Azure Way have a 25' front setback due to the overhead <br />power lines inthe rear yard. Equal setbacks along both sides of the <br />street would beaesthetically pleasing. Moving the houses closer to the <br />street would allow greater spacing between Paragon Heights & Continental <br />View houses. The minimum setback in Cont. View Estates is 25'.
