RESOLUTION NO. 21 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR LOT 6B, CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL H <br />ALL STAR INVESTMENTS, LLC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan authorizing A 12,580 SF bank and mixed-use <br />commercial project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that where all Commission conditions have been <br /> addressed as part of the revised PUD submittal, that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />'approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The PUD shall be revised to incorporate berming along the west property line to screen the <br /> parking lot from McCaslin Blvd. <br />2. The PUD shall be revised to extend the 8' wide landscaped island to the west and east, parallel <br /> with the south property line, as far as possible. Additional landscaping shall be added to the <br /> landscape strip in those areas where it has been extended consistent with the landscape <br /> materials and quantities shown on the PUD. <br />3. The sign criteria on the PUD shall be revised to reflect that signage will be individual, pan- <br /> channel letter with opaque letter faces. Illumination of the signs shall be limited to, internal, <br /> back-lighting. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 6B, Centennial Valley <br />Parcel H. <br /> AND ADOPTED this 20~ day °f April 19~C~ ~ <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
