RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR REPLOGLE PLASTIC SURGERY ON <br /> LOT 1, COAL CREEK MEDICAL CAMPUS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for new internal monument sign for <br />Replogle Plastic Surgery on Lot 1, Coal Creek Medical Campus; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and <br />previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amended Final <br />PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, <br />with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to the Planning <br />Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Amended Final PUD Development Plan <br />should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That sign colors should be similar to those utilized on the building; <br />2. That no more than two lO0-watt maximum incandescent light fixtures shall illuminate the <br /> sign and the shielding of the light sources shall be subject to Staff review with the <br /> understanding that it may be necessary to incorporate additional shrubbery to ensure the <br /> light sources are fully shielded from view; <br />3. That sign lighting shall be regulated by both a photocell and a timer with lighting turned off at <br /> the end of each business day or between the hours of 9 P.M. and 6 A.M., whichever is more <br /> restrictive; and <br />4. That the private easement potentially affecting the location of this sign will not result in a <br /> substantial change in the location of the sign, as determined by Staff, as represented to the <br /> City. Any substantial change in location shall require additional approval from the City. <br />5. A minimum of four, 10' high evergreen trees shall be installed around the auxiliary power <br /> generator at a location approved by staff to screen the equipment from So. 8gh Street. In <br /> addition, the generator shall be painted a color as approved by staff, The screening and <br /> painting shall be completed prior to the issuance of a building permit for the approved <br /> sign. <br /> <br /> <br />
