<br /> <br />City Council <br />Business Retention & <br />Development Committee <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 4,2006 <br />Library Meeting Room <br />8:00 AM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Don Brown called the meeting to order at 8: 1 0 AM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Committee Members: Don Brown, City Council <br />Hank Dalton, Planning Commission <br />Arlin Lehman, Downtown Business Association <br />Ron Sackett, City Council <br />Frost Yarnell, City Council <br /> <br />Absent: Eugene Caranci, Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />Staff Present: Heather Balser, Acting City Manager <br />Becky Hogan, Edge Consulting Services <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilitator <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Dalton moved to approve the minutes, Sackett seconded the motion, all in favor. <br /> <br />UPDATE - SHOP lOUISVlllE CARD CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />Members will interview the two possible vendors at their January 8 meeting. One- <br />half hour will be allocated to each vendor.
