CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 11 SERIES 1999 A Resolution amending the 1999 budget by increasing revenues and appropriations in the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Capital Projects and Water Utility Funds for the City of Louisville, Colorado WHEREAS, at the end of 1998 certain encumbrances remained open, to be expended in 1999; and WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Capital Projects and Water Utility Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted; and WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Capital Projects and Water Utility Funds THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY COLORADO; Section 1. That the 1999 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $1,615,751 to $4,567,939 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 3. That the 1999 Capital Project Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $5,401,331 to $5,736,822 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 4. That the 1999 Water Utility Fund (Capital) Appropriations are hereby increased from $2,086,201 to $2,307,201 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
