Root — we can "list" it but not mandate a <br />specific company -type listing. It must be a credible lab that creates the listing <br />type. <br />Update on 2021 IECC proposed changes <br />Root: Rob Zuccaro (Director of Community Development) hired a consultant to <br />look at the energy code changes to make sure the City is not in violation with the <br />State code. The City may be in violation with pre-emption with gas appliances <br />greater than 80%, since Federal standards are 80%. Also with the "all electric" <br />requirements might also be in violation. City needs to consult with the City <br />Attorney first.
