RESOLUTION NO. 32 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO ALLOW A RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX <br /> ADDITION IN A COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD ZONE DISTRICT THAT <br /> REQUIRES A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) FOR A MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> UNIT. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br /> application for approval of a request for a special review use (SRU) for a multi family <br /> residential unit at 1442 Main Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it, <br /> with conditions, to comply with Louisville zoning regulations, required general and <br /> specific design standards, and the City's special review use criteria and other applicable <br /> sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2011, where evidence <br /> and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br /> Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 12, 2011, the Planning Commission <br /> recommended approval of said special review use with conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall orient the parking to face south to allow for better internal <br /> circulation. <br /> 2. The applicant shall include draught tolerant landscaping, as well as rock mulch, <br /> on the tree lawn along Main Street. <br /> 3. The applicant shall replace the landscaping treatments along the western facade; <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use (SRU) to allow for a <br /> church at 917 Front Street, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall orient the parking to face south to allow for better internal <br /> circulation. <br /> 2. The applicant shall include draught tolerant landscaping, as well as rock mulch, <br /> on the tree lawn along Main Street. <br /> 3.
