<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1265 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING CERTAIN APPLICATION, REGISTRATION AND <br />LICENSE FEES WITH RESPECT TO ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to keep pace with inflation and the rising <br />costs of providing alcohol beverage licensing services, the <br />Louisville Local Licensing l~uthority has adopted increases in <br />certain application and registration fees for alcohol beverage <br />licensing, for applications received on or after July 1, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado General Assembly House Bill 97- <br />1076, certain local license fees with respect to alcohol beverage <br />licenses have been increased effective July 1, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Local Licensing Authority has <br />reconunended that the Louisville Municipal Code be amended to <br />reflect such increased application, registration and license fees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOOISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 5.08.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, entitled "Fees: Application and registration fees," is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (numbers and words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; numbers and words to be added are underlined) : <br /> <br />5.08.040 Fees: Application and registration fees. <br /> <br />The following license application and registration fees <br />shall be paid to the city for all liquor licenses: <br />A. Each application for a new license shall be <br />accompanied by an application fee in the amount of ~ five <br />hundred dollars. <br />B. Each application for a transfer of location or <br />ownership of an existin~:J license shall be accompanied by a <br />transfer fee in the amount of ~ five hundred fifty dollars. <br />C. Each application for a renewal of an existing <br />license shall be accompanied by a renewal fee of fifty <br />dollars: except that each application for late renewal of an <br />expired license shall be accompanied by an expired license <br />renewal fee of five hundred dollars. <br />D. Each hotel and restaurant licensee shall pay a <br />registration fee on the amount of seventy-five dollars for the <br />actual and necessary expenses incurred in establishing the <br />character, record, and reputation of each registered manager. <br />E. Each application for a temporary liccn3c permit <br />shall be accompanied by aft temporary permit application fee in <br />the amount of ~ ~ hundred fifty dollars. <br /> <br />1 <br />
