<br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br /> <br />SERIES 1978 <br /> <br />A resolution initiating annexation proceedings by the City <br /> <br />of Louisville for tracts of real property owned by Danailoff, <br /> <br />King, Foster, Ebers and Santilli. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above listed real property owners have <br /> <br />filed a petition for annexation to the City of Louisville of <br />various parcels of real property located in the South half of <br />Section 4, Southeast quarter of Section 5 and Northeast <br /> <br />quarter of Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the <br /> <br />6th P.M. Boulder County, Colorado. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br /> <br />Colorado, intends hereby to procede with the annexation of <br /> <br />said parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the annexation <br /> <br />Petition for said parcels is in compliance with the <br /> <br />requirements of C.R..S. 31-12-107, 1973, as amended; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council directs that a public <br />hearing be held to determine if the described parcel of <br /> <br />real property is eligible for annexation under the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes and the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that a public <br /> <br />hearing will be held to determine the eligibility of the <br />parcels owned by Danailoff, King, Foster, Ebers and <br />Santilli for annexation to the City of Louisville, and <br /> <br />that said public hearing will be held on July 6, 1978, at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Louisville City Hall. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 6th day of June, 1978. <br /> <br />~~J <br /> <br />Mayo .. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />C&~ ;JJ(!c-L~c:J: <br />Deputy City C erk <br />
