<br />An Ordinance relating to taxes for the year 1964
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDADJED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY m' LOUISVILLr~, BOULD2E COUNTY, COLOHADO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon the taxable
<br />
<br />property, real, personal and mixed, situated within the corporate
<br />
<br />limit:: of the City of LO"isville, Boulder COlmty, Colorado for the
<br />
<br />of 1964, for the purpose of defraying the general current expenses
<br />
<br />of the City, for City improvements and for inter'est on all bonded
<br />
<br />indebtedness, redemption of Bonds 60,61,62,63,64,65,66 and 67 Series
<br />
<br />of 1953, redemption of bonds #36,39,40,41 Series of 1949, a total of ten
<br />
<br />anc. six hundreths (10.06) mills upon each dollar of the 1964 as.'essed
<br />
<br />valuation of such property and yield approximate net of Twenty thousand
<br />
<br />three hundred eighty-two dollars and fifteen cents ('P20,382.15) and to
<br />
<br />be distributed as follows:
<br />
<br />(A). Interest on ~-.Jater Works Improvements Bonds
<br />
<br />Series of 1953: and redemption of Bonds
<br />
<br />Nos. 60,61,62,63,64,65,66,67 Series of 1953
<br />
<br />Redemption of Donds Nos. 38,39,40,41 Series
<br />
<br />of 1949: Five and thirty-six (5.36).
<br />
<br />(B). For all other of the abolre mentioned purposes
<br />
<br />Four and seventy hundreths mills (4.37).
<br />
<br />Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
<br />
<br />with are hereby repealed.
