RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br /> SERIES 2012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF $14,500 OF HISTORIC <br /> PRESERVATION FUND MONIES AS MATCHING FUNDS FOR GRANT <br /> REQUESTS FOR AN OLD TOWN RECONNAISSANCE SURVEY AND A <br /> HISTORIC STRUCTURE ASSESSEMNT OF THE AUSTIN-NIEHOFF HOUSE <br /> WHEREAS, the State Historic and Preservation Office of Colorado has approved <br /> grant funding for the Reconnaissance Survey; and <br /> WHEREAS; the Staff is applying for additional grant funding from the State <br /> Historical Fund for the Austin-Niehoff Historic Structure Assessment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Staff and the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission <br /> recommend these projects be completed and find them to be in compliance with <br /> Chapter 3.20.605.D of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, approval of this grant will allow for the first steps of a Preservation <br /> Plan for Old Town (Reconnaissance Survey), as well as a priority list for the restoration <br /> of the Austin-Niehoff house (Structural Assessment), which is a locally landmarked <br /> structure. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> 1.
