<br />RESOLUTION NO. 45 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR A TWO-LOT <br />SINGLE-F AMIL Y RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION AT 540 JEFFERSON AVENUE, LOT <br />24-27, BLOCK 2, ACME PLACE SUBDIVISION (CONNOLLY SUBDIVISION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a minor subdivision plat for a two-lot single-family residential subdivision located <br />at 540 Jefferson A venue, Lots 24-27, Block 2, Acme Place Subdivision; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat have been reviewed by <br />City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with the <br />requirements of Chapters 16 and 17 and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, except as amended in a Board of Adjustment Variance Permit granted June 15, 2005; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 13, 2005, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of October 13, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the final subdivision plat to the City Council, with three conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds the application in <br />compliance with all Planning Commission recommended conditions, and the City Council finds <br />that the application should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat for the Empire Road <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />............ <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />C r s isk, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
