<br />RESOLUTION NO. 49 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT, AND FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PORTERCARE A VISTA ADVENTIST HOSPTIAL <br />SURGERY SUITES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for <br />approval of a final subdivision replat, and a final PUD development plan for the construction of the <br />Portercare Avista Adventist Hospital Surgery Suites; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat and PUD development plan <br />have been reviewed by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found <br />to comply with the requirements of Chapters 16 and 17 including the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on November 1, 2005, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />Staff Report of October 13, 2005, and the Planning Commission resolution recommending approval <br />of the final subdivision plat and final PUD development plan to the City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and the owner's written acknowledgment of compliance with the Planning <br />Commission recommended conditions, and the City Council finds that the application should be <br />approved, with the following two conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall revise the final subdivision plat to remove the City of Louisville <br />signature block under ownership acknowledgements. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall remove the 10' wide drainage and sanitary sewer easement on <br />Lot 5, Health Park Subdivision Filing No.6. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision replat, and a final PUD development plan for the <br />construction of a building addition to the Portercare A vista Adventist Hospital <br /> <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of Novem er 2005. <br />
