<br />TATE '-:'ECORDS <br />:::01110271 06/18/91 11: 43 , Al'1 ~~f".jL ES, ':ORDER <br />F1678 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1040 <br /> <br />tf-- \ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />AND A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 1, <br />COTTONWOOD HOLLOW SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that a portion of a <br />drainage easement and a utility easement within the property be <br />vacated; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the described 2i) <br />easements are no longer needed for any public purpose. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section ~ The west eight feet of a drainage easement and the <br />west three feet of a utility easement located on the east side of <br />Lot 1, Cottonwood Hollow sUbdivision as described on Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, be and <br />the same hereby is vacated; and the title thereto shall vest as <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />Section ~ The Mayor is authorized to execute such documents as <br />may be necessary to evidence the vacation of the easements. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED <br />1991. <br /> <br />PUBLISHED this 16th day of April, <br /> <br />~4 <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />FORM: <br /> <br />,c-. <br />Griffiths & Tanou <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />l' ~." <br />
