RESOLUTION NO. 2 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT, FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO THE EXISTING LOUISVILLE WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY LOCATED <br />AT 1555 EMPIRE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application for approval of a Final Plat, Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and <br />Special Review Use (SRU) for improvements to the existing Waste Water Treatment <br />Facility located at 1555 Empire Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 11, 2014, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated December 11, 2014, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said Louisville WWTP Final Plat, PUD Plan and <br />SRU, located at 1555 Empire Road, to the City Council, with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall comply with the comments stated in the December 3, 2014 <br />memo from Public Works prior to recordation. <br />2. The applicant shall place a landscaping buffer on the northern part of this <br />property that buffers the expansion project from the property to the north. <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final plat, planned unit development (PUD) and special <br />review use (SRU) ) for improvements to the existing Waste Water Treatment Facility <br />located at 1555 Empire Drive, with the above conditions. <br />PASSED;AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2015. <br />Attest: f / "" litVil <br />By: <br />Robert P.
