RESOLUTION NO. 38 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING FINAL PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN (CHENG'S PLACE) TO ALLOW FOR A 698 <br />SQUARE FOOT ADDITION, NEW ENTRANCE, AND MODIFIED CIRCULATION <br />PATTERN <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for approval of an amendment to an existing final planned unit development (PUD) plan to <br />allow for a 698 SF addition, new entrance, and modified circulation pattern; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, <br />subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 14, 2015, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated May 14, 2015, the Planning Commission recommends <br />approval of the PUD Amendment to the City Council with one condition and the condition <br />has been met; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval Resolution No. 38, Series 2015, a <br />resolution recommending City Council approve an amendment to an existing final planned <br />unit development (PUD) plan to allow for a 698 SF addition, new entrance, and modified <br />circulation pattern, with no conditions. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2015. <br />By: <br />Robert P.
