RESOLUTION NO. 28 <br />SERIES 2016 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE KESTREL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW NINE ADDITIONAL <br />RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON LOT 1 OF THE KESTREL SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for amendment to the Kestrel Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for <br />nine additional residential units on Lot 1 of the Kestrel Subdivision. <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Takoda General Development Plan — 5th Amendment, <br />Louisville zoning regulations, and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code; and; <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2016, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 12, 2016, the Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the 1st Amendment to the Kestrel PUD with no <br />conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve Resolution No. 28, Series 2016, a resolution approving <br />the 1st Amendment to the Kestrel Planned Unit Development to allow nine additional <br />residential units on Lot 1 of the Kestrel Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2016. <br />Attest: <br />By: <br />Robert P.
