RESOLUTION NO. 27 <br />SERIES 2016 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO <br />CONSTRUCT A 62,400 SQUARE FOOT SINGLE STORY INDUSTRIAL/FLEX <br />BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON LOTS 6 & 10, BLOCK 3, <br />CTC FILING 1 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application approving a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to allow for the <br />construction of a 62,400 square foot single story industrial /flex building with associated <br />site improvements on Lots 6 & 10, Block 3, CTC Filing 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2016, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 12, 2016, the Planning <br />Commission recommends the PUD for Lots 6 & 10, Block 3, CTC Filing 1 to City <br />Council, with no conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve Resolution No. 27, Series 2016, a resolution approving <br />a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to construct a 62,400 square foot single <br />story industrial /flex building with associated site improvements on Lots 6 & 10, Block 3, <br />CTC Filing 1. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1 <br />Attest: <br />• / CA 4 e <br />Carol Hanson, Acting City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado f <br />By: <br />1.)1 <br />obert P.
