THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE JUNE 30, 1997 REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on June 30, 1997, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson Gene Morris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Gene Morris, Steve Jeffers, Marguerite Lipton, Larry Evans, Bill Kimmett and Sheri Budner-Marsella Also Attending: Sam Light, Griffiths & Tanoue, P.C. Linda Salas, Secretary to the Authority Sgt. Jerry Riggins, Louisville Police Department APPROVAL OF AGENDA Morris called for any Authority comments or motion. ACTION ON MINUTES (3/31/97 & 4/28/97) Morris called for any Authority comments or motion on the minutes of 3/31/97 & 4/28/97. CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~g~nt~agenda as a ~ ~ appro~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
