ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL PUD TO <br />ALLOW FOR A 37,171 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING, WHICH INCLUDES A <br />10,754 SF PARKING GARAGE, ON TWO LOTS TOTALING 14,114 SQUARE FEET ZONED <br />CC; A FINAL PLAT TO VACATE THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 3, <br />TOWN OF LOUISVILLE; AND A SRU TO ALLOW FOR OUTDOOR EATING AND DRINKING <br />ESTABLISHMENTS AND A PARKING GARAGE; LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3, TOWN OF <br />LOUISVILLE SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Final PUD to allow for a 37,171 square foot commercial building, which <br />includes a 10,754 sf parking garage, on two lots totaling 14,114 square feet zoned CC; a Final <br />Plat to vacate the lot line between Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Town of Louisville; and a SRU to allow <br />for outdoor eating and drinking establishments and a parking garage; Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, Town <br />of Louisville Subdivision; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, subject <br />to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and <br />other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on February 8, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 8, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Final PUD to allow for a 37,171 <br />square foot commercial building, which includes a 10,754 sf parking garage, on two lots totaling <br />14,114 square feet zoned CC; a Final Plat to vacate the lot line between Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, <br />Town of Louisville; and a SRU to allow for outdoor eating and drinking establishments and a <br />parking garage; Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, Town of Louisville Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 2018. <br />Attest: <br />By: <br />David Hsu, - V1UE✓ CV\a\ <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chairperson <br />Planning Commission <br />
