ORDINANCE NO. 1402 <br /> SERIES OF 2002 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2002. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Definitions. Terms used in this Ordinance shall have the meanings <br />specified in this Section for all purposes of this Ordinance and of any ordinance amendatory <br />hereof, supplemental hereto or relating hereto, and of any instrument or document appertaining <br />hereto, except where the context by clear implication otherwise requires. All definitions include <br />the singular and plural and include all genders. Certain terms are parenthetically defined <br />elsewhere herein. <br /> <br /> Bonds: the City of Louisville, Colorado, General Obligation Refunding Bonds, <br />Series 2002, as authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Bond Fund: the City of Louisville, Colorado, General Obligation Refunding <br />Bonds, Series 2002 Bond Fund created pursuant to Section 12.A. of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Business Day: a day on which banks located in the City are not required or <br />authorized to be closed and on which The New York Stock Exchange is not closed. <br /> <br /> Charter: the home rule Charter of the City, including all amendments thereto <br />prior to the date hereof. <br /> <br /> City: the City of Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br /> City Clerk: the City Clerk of the City or, in his or her absence, the deputy City <br />Clerk of the City. <br /> <br /> City Council: the City Council of the City or any successor in functions thereto. <br /> City Manager: duly appointed and acting manager of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
