RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br /> SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOTS 1 AND 6, COAL CREEK BUSINESS PARK, <br />858 COAL CREEK CIRCLE, CORPORATE CENTER II <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Lots 1 and 6, Coal Creek Business Park, 858 <br />Coal Creek Circle, Corporate Center II; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, applicable design <br />standards, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted plans in substantial compliance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council f'mds that said Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: . <br /> <br />That the two drive entries off Coal Creek Circle have landscaping consistent with that <br />approved for the overall final PUD for Coal Creek Business Park, including two <br />ornamental trees framing both sides of each drive; (Note: It may be necessary to remove <br />one or two parking spaces.) <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That it is noted on the PUD that the colors of wall signs will be subject to further Staff <br />review and approval to ensure letter colors are complementary to building materials and <br />colors; and <br /> <br />That the applicant provides an alternate landscape plan to better screen the loading areas <br />proposed on the alternate site plan, subject to Staff review and approval prior to PUD <br />recording. <br /> <br />The applicant shall revised the PUD landscape and parking plans to reflect an overall <br />reduction in the number of perimeter parking spaces located along the west property line <br />not to exceed 9 contiguous spaces without installing a landscaped island. Additional <br />landscape screening shouM be incorporated at the southwest corner of the site to provide <br />additional screening of the parking lot from US 36. <br /> <br /> <br />
