RESOLUTION NO. 32 <br />SERIES 2002 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE <br /> COAL CREEK COLLISION CENTER, 1100 COURTESY ROAD, <br /> LOT 7, BLOCK 'A', INDUSTRIAL AREA SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final PUD development plan and special review use for the Coal Creek Collision <br />Center to operate an auto body repair facility in an existing building at 1100 Courtesy Road, <br />Lot 7, Block A, Industrial Area. Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />general compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, including the City special review <br />use criteria and the Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD <br />development pan and special review use on August 13, 2002, where evidence and testimony <br />were entered into the public record, including the Staff Report dated August 13, 2002, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that the applicant has <br />agreed to comply with all Planning Commission recommended conditions and City Council <br />further finds that the application should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />Signage and striping to identify that the Highway 42 access will be restricted to right- <br />in/right-out shall be subject to Public Works Department review and approval through the <br />civil engineering plan review process. <br /> <br />The configuration of the drive aisle and parking stalls at the far northwest corner of the <br />site shall be subject to further staff review and approval to meet minimum drive aisle width <br />requirements and mitigate vehicular visibility issues. <br /> <br />3. It shall be clarified on the plans that the curbing drive entry off Lafayette Street shall <br /> extend out to existing street pavement. <br /> <br />4. Curb radii throughout the site shall be further refined on construction plans in accordance <br /> with City design standards, to be reviewed and approved by the City prior to construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
