RESOLUTION NO. 39 <br /> SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO RELOCATE THE EXISTING HOUSE <br />AT 1101 LAFARGE AVENUE TO THE <br /> LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM AT 1001 MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) to relocate the existing house at 1101 Lafarge to the <br />Louisville Historical Museum at 1001 Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application against the required <br />Special Review Use Criteria found in Section 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code and <br />found that the proposed SRU, with conditions, complied with those criteria; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use on <br />July 10, 2001, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated July 10, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission, and finds that said Special Review Use should be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />If any exterior lighting is proposed for the site in the future, it shall be subject to the lighting <br />requirements established in the Administrative Office Transition zoning district, subject to <br />Staff review and approval prior to installation. (This should be noted on the SRU plans.) <br /> <br />If approved by City Council, the applicant shall prepare an official special review use plan <br />(signature blocks, title blocks, land use summary, etc.)for recording with the Boulder County <br />Clerk and Recorder. <br /> <br />The City will replace the eleven public parking spaces eliminated by this proposal, <br />somewhere in the downtown commercial area, with the understanding that the net parking <br />spaces gained through the relocation of the Police Department and the remodeling of City <br />Hall shall be credited toward this l l-space deficit. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for the Louisville Historical <br />Museum, 1001 Main Street. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />
