CONSENT AGENDA "The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under "Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order. A. Approval of Bills B. Approval of December 7, 2010 Regular Meeting Minutes C. Resolution No. 78, Series 2010 — A Resolution Approving a Preservation and Restoration Grant for Exterior Site and Structural Improvements on the Jacoe - Conarroe House Located at 1131 Jefferson Avenue G. Resolution No. 79, Series 2010 — A Resolution Approving a Preservation and Restoration Grant for the Restoration and Moisture Mitigation on the Ross - Zarini House Located at 501 South Street 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA It is requested that public comments be limited to 3 minutes. When several people wish to speak on the same position on a given item, they are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. 6.
