RESOLUTION NO. <br /> SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A PRECURSOR TEMPORARY USE PERMIT, <br />LOTS 11-12, BLOCK 10, CALEDONIA PLACE & <br />ADJACENT MINOR RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />(STATE FARM INSURANCE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a precursor temporary use permit on Lots 11-12, Block 10, Caledonia Place & <br />Adjacent Minor Right-of-Way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Temporary Use Permit have been reviewed by <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with § <br />17.60.010.D, the Special Review Use permit and the Final PUD Development Plan approved by <br />City Council Resolution 35, Series 2000, license agreements and other applicable sections of the <br />Louisville zoning code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Temporary Use Permit, <br />where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the Staff Report <br />dated October 10, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, <br />with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted plans in full compliance with the <br />recommendation's of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Temporary Use <br />Permit should be approved, with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall execute an indemnification in favor of the City to indemnify the City <br />against any claims resulting from applicant's use or occupancy of public property under the <br />Temporary Use Permit. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a precursor temporary use permit on Lots 11-12, Block <br />10, Caledonia Place & Adjacent Minor Right-of-Way, subject to the above condition. <br /> <br />~Varra, (~ity"~Clerk <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2000. <br /> <br /> Tom DavidsOn, Mayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
