RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOT 5, LOUISVILLE PLAZA, FILING NO. 2 <br />(LEHRER'S FLOWERS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for a <br />Final PUD Development Plan, Lot 5, Louisville Plaza, Filing No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design <br />Standards & Guidelines (CDDSG), related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval to the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />approved, with the following conditions. <br /> <br />1~ That the retaining walls along South Boulder Road shall constructed of a grouted, split face <br /> cmu, capped with a buff flagstone. <br />2. That the specifications of the culvert required across the sidewalk connection to Plaza <br /> Drive shall be subject to Public Works review and approvali <br />3. The PUD landscape plan shall be revised to relocate a Colorado Spruce from the southeast <br /> corner of the Lehrer's building to the front of the building, easements permitting. <br />4. No outside sales shall be conducted on the subject property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 5, <br />Louisville Plaza, Filing No. 2, subject to the above conditions. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5~h daY of September 2000. <br /> <br />ATT <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> bm DavidsSn, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
