<br />RESOLUTION NO.7 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE COMPENSATION OF THE <br />DEPUTY MUNICIPAL JUDGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 9-3(c) of the home rule charter provides that the City Council shall <br />establish the compensation for the presiding municipal judge and each deputy municipal judge. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary of the presiding municipal judge has been set by ordinance, and the <br />City Council by this resolution desires to set the compensation of the deputy municipal judge. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. Effective January 1, 2004, the deputy municipal judge shall receive as full <br />compensation for such judge's services the amount $250.00 per session for each municipal court <br />session over which the deputy municipal judge presides. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />twta~ <br />
