RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE (3) YEAR EXTENSION OF THE <br /> EXPIRATION OF THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOTS 9 <br /> 12, BLOCK 1, LOUISVILLE OLD TOWN (940 MAIN ST.), FROM JUNE 5, 2011 TO <br /> JUNE 5, 2014 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br /> to extend the expiration of a final planned unit development (PUD) plan for Lots 9 -12, <br /> Block 1, Louisville Old Town (940 Main St.) for an additional three (3) year period, from <br /> June 5, 2011 to June 5, 2014; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br /> comply, with conditions, with Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.28; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 10, 2011, where evidence <br /> and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br /> Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 10, 2011, the Planning Commission <br /> re approval of said PUD extension to the City Council with the following <br /> condition: <br /> 1. The final design and construction of the public right of way on the north side of <br /> the building will comply with the design intent outlined in the Downtown Parking <br /> and Pedestrian Action Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code with one condition; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a three (3) year extension to the <br /> expiration of the final PUD plan for Lots 9 -12, Block 1, Louisville Old Town (940 Main St.), <br /> from June 5, 2011 to June 5, 2014 with the following conditions: <br /> 1.
