Lot 7 will be 8,496 SF and <br />Lot will be 6,126 SF. <br />An amendment to the previously approved (2009) Parbois Place <br />Subdivision and PUD to add two (2) lots, Lots 7 and 8. The <br />inclusion of the two lots would permit Lot 8 to benefit from the PUD <br />variations of a standard setback.
