<br />RESOLUTION No. 25 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES <br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CONSERVATION TRUST - LAND ACQUISITION <br />FUND AND THE CONSERVATION TRUST - LOTTERY FUND FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money from the unappropriated <br />fund balances in the Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund and Conservation Trust _ <br />Lottery Fund to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />1. That the 2004 Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund appropriation are hereby <br />increased from $2,884,622 to $2,902,114 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. That the 2004 Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund appropriations are hereby increased <br />from $636,000 to $684,750. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ch <br />
