. . ORDINANCE NO. 644 A..l'\1 ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN SECTION SEVENTEEN, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, &~~GE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property is solely owned by NellE~ Green and that said mvner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annE!xed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described properties situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: Tract No. 2427: A tract of land in the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Seventeen, Township One South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 17 where the West line of Johnson's First Addition to Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, intersects the North line of said Section 17; thence South 170 feet; thence West 70 feet to the Northwest corner of a tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 773 at Page 450 of the records in the office of the Boulder County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder the true point of beginning; thence North 5 feet; thence West and parallel to the North line of said Section 17, a distance of 336 feet to the West line of a tract of land described in Book 773 at Page 587 of said Boulder County records; thence South along the West line of said last mentioned tract to the North line of Bella Vista, thence East along said North line a dis- tance of 336 feet; thence North to the point of beginning. Total area of annexation: 1.58 acres more or less.
