"" OHDINANCE NO. 683 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY 0.316 ACRES OWNED BY FENNEKE G. JOSLIN, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. lD82 WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordi.nance No .1082; and, WHE REAS , it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: Beginning at a point on the West Line of Lot 15 of Block 1 of Johnson's First Addition to the City of Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, 60.00' South of the Northwest Corner of said Lot 15; thence N. 00004' E. , along the said West Line and the said West Line extended Northerly, 72.50' to a point on the South Line of Bella Vista South, a Subdivision of a part of the City of Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence S. 890 52'E. , along the said South Line and the said South Line extended Easterly, 190.00' to the Easterly Right-of-Way Line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence S. 00004'W., along the said Easterly Right-of-Way Line, 72.50'; thence N. 89052'W., parallel with the North Line of said Lot 15, 190.00' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.316 acres, more or less.
