<br /> RESOLUTION NO.1 <br /> SERIES 2007 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />PLAN FOR A 130,187 SQUARE FEET BUILDING WITH PROPOSED <br />USES OF OFFICE, LIGHT MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSING WITH <br />MULTIPLE TENANTS, AT 1775 CHERRY STREET, LOTS 9 -14, BLOCKS, <br />COLORADO TECHNOLOGY CENTER FILING NO. 1. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final planned unit development (PUD) plan to construct a 130,187 SF building <br />with proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants at 1775 <br />Cherry Street, Lots 9 - 14, Block 5, Colorado Technology Center, Filing No.1; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design Standards and <br />Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development <br />plan on December 14,2006, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the staff report dated December 14, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with two conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with the <br />conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, without <br />conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan for a 130,187 SF building with <br />proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants at 1775 <br />Cherry Street, Lots 9 - 14, Block 5, Colorado Technology Center, Filing No.1. <br /> BY: <br />Nancy Varra City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
