How we came to be and what our mission is <br /> All authority rests with the LCC and City of Louisville. <br /> It would be best if we Gould work by consensus and forward <br /> recommendations to Lec for consideration. If we can not reach <br /> consensus we could vote as to what we want to put forward to the LCC, <br /> but those votes have no legal standing. <br /> We must work according to the Louisville Open City rules, thus all <br /> agendas and any handouts for a meeting must be publicly posted seven <br /> days prior to any meeting. There are other rules we will discuss. <br /> Important that we be as inclusive as possible. <br />VIII. Election of Chairperson, Secretary (we will rotate recording secretary tasks). <br />We will not need a treasurer as any funds must be under the aegis of the LCC <br />and the LCC Treasurer. <br />IX. Results of Colorado Business Committee for the Arts economic study <br />X. Results of East County Arts Alive (aka,Village Arts) feasibility study <br />XI. Status of Arts infrastructure in Louisville, and some LCC ideas on what <br />could be done to improve it. <br /> Expand existing arts clsnter . <br /> Build new arts center <br />XII.
