CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the City Council Agenda llre considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc., by motion <br />of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under "Regular <br />Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approve:d under the !reading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Bills <br /> <br />B. Approval of Engineering Services Agreement with Carter Burgess for Traffic <br /> <br />Warrant Studies <br /> <br />F. Resolution No. 36" Series 2004 - A Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental <br /> <br />Agreement with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder for the Conduct and <br /> <br />Administration of a Coordinated Election to be Held November 2, 2004 <br /> <br />G. Approval of a Request for Proposal for Financial Auditing Services <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />It is requested that public comments be limited to 3 minutes. When several people wish to speak on the same position on a given item, they <br />are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. <br /> <br />6.
