ORDINANCE NO. 411 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, ON PETITION OF WOOD BROS. HOMES, INC. BY ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICER FLOYD R. WOOD OF CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That a petition by Wood Bros. Homes, Inc. by its respective officer Floyd R. Wood proposing to annex to the City of Louisville the territory hereinafter described, was filed with the Clerk of the City of Louisville on January 23, 1973; That said petition was properly signed by one hundred percent of the land owners of the area to be annexed and that said petition and the maps and documents attached thereto meet the requirements for the same as provided by law; That more than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; That a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory proposed to be annexed is capable of being integrated into the City of Lousiville: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That said annexation to the City of Louisville of the following described territory, situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be and is hereby annexed, to-wit: That portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 8, T 1 S, R 69 W, of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, described as commencing at the West one quarter corner of said Section 8; thence N 00 00'12" W, 1991.51 feet to the Northwest corner of the S 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 8; thence S 89040'5911 E, 2636.27 feet to the Northeast
