ORDINANCE No48'7 AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, CCLORADO, THE FOLLOlITNG DESCRIBED PROPERrY SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF BOULllER, STATE OF COLORADO, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOiVS: Beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 17, TownShip 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.; thence South 89029'30" East 412.50 feet along the North line of said Section 17; thence South 1036' West 354.85 feet to the true point of beginning: thence South 1036' West 187.41 feet; thence South 743.68 feet to a point on the centerline of the COlmty Road conveyed to the County of Boulder by deed recorded in Book 1021 at Page 413, Boulder County Records; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said road to the centerline of County Road No. 64; thence Northerly along the centerline of said County Road No. 64 to a point on the South line extended Easterly of the platted alley along the South line of Block 4, Johnson's First Addition to LouiSVille, said point being South 0004' West 371.20 feet from the Northeast corner of the, ~W~NE* of said Section 17; thence North 890'43' \Test along the Clouth line of said alley 430 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line of that tract of land described in instrument recorded in Book 791 at Page 110 of said Boulder County records; thence Southerly 163 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of said tract; thence Westerly 70 feet to the Southwest corner of said tract; thence Northerly along the West line of said tract 183 feet, more or 1 e ss, to a point South 89043' East from the t rue point of beginning; thence North 89043" West 357.92 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning.'
