<br />s -- <br />'""t~)a <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 33 3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, ENTITLED <br />"AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE USE OF WATER FROM THE WATER WORKS OF THE <br />TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COWRADO, AND ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />GOVERNING WATER RATES AND PRIVILEGES AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR <br />VIOLATION OF SAID RULES AND REGULATIONS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERETO" BY CHANGING THE "METER <br />RATES" TO CONSUMERS OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COWRADO: <br /> <br />That the paragraph pertaining to "Meter Rates" to consumers outside <br />the corporate limits of the City contained in Section 6 of Ordinance No. <br />289 of the Town of Louisville be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"All consumers outside the corporate limits of the City <br />shall pay the rates listed below. These include both filtered <br />and unfiltered water. <br /> <br />1. Minimum charge & usage 5,000 gallons . <br />2. 5,000 to 10,000 gallons <br />3. 10,000 to 20,000 gallons. <br />4.
