#01661495 12/03/96 08:44 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F2172 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1225 SERIES 1996 ,.. , AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE JOHNSON ANNEXATION WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Section 1 of this ordinance, and known as the Johnson Annexation, was filed with the City Council of the It City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by publication as provided by law; and and WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. ~31-23-305; WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested a Agricultural, A zoning classification in the petition to annex said property; and WHEREAS, an Agriculture - A zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan for the area; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the City Council's approval of an A - Agriculture classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That certain property known as the Johnson Annexation, the legal description of which is set forth below, is hereby zoned Agricultural - A pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City, and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. LEGAL DESCRIPTION A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID SECTION, 1,433.66 FEET; THENCE SOUTH f2L 7
