<br />~-\ <br /> <br />#01661493 12/03/96 08:44 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F2172 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1223 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE KREUTZ MAN ANNEXATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Section 1 of <br />this ordinance, and known as the Kreutzman Annexation, was filed with the City Council of / 6 <br />the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by <br />publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. S3I-23-305; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested a Single Family Low Density, <br />SFLD, zoning classification in the petition to annex said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Single Family Low Density, SFLD zoning classification is consistent <br />with the City's plan for the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the City Council's <br />approval of a Single Family Low Density, SFLD classification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain property known as the Kreutzman Annexation, the legal <br />description of which is set forth below, is hereby zoned Single Family Low Density, SFLD <br />pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City, and the City zoning map shall be amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TIS, R69W, <br />6TH P.M., BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO SAID TRACT BEING THAT TRACT AS <br />DESCRIBED IN THE DEED FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE BOULDER COUNTY, <br /> <br />tLf <br />
