<br />#01634135 08/13/96 03:30 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F2147 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1218 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE DYER ROAD ANNEXATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, <br />described in Section 1 of this ordinance, and known as the Dyer <br />Road Annexation, was filed with the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; <br /> <br />a~d <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of <br />said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public <br />hearing on said zoning by publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to <br />C.R.S. ~31-23-305; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested a <br />Commercial Business C-B zoning classification in the petition to <br />annex said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Commercial Business C-B zoning classification is <br />consistent with the City's plan for the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the <br />City Council's approval of a Commercial Business C-B <br />classification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain property known as the Dyer Road <br />Annexation, the legal description of which is set forth below, is <br />hereby zoned Commercial Business C-B, pursuant to the zoning <br />ordinances of the City, and the City zoning map shall be amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />(/' <br /> <br />3 -, <br /> <br />~ <br />
