<br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR A TWO-LOT <br />INDUSTRIALLY ZONED SUBDIVISION AT 1301 AND 1303 EMPIRE ROAD, <br />EMPIRE ROAD SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an final subdivision plat for an approximately 6-acre parcel located on the north <br />side of Empire Road and east of State Highway 42; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat have been reviewed by <br />City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with the <br />requirements of Chapters 16 and 17 and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 14, 2005, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of April 14, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the final subdivision plat to the City Council, with five conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and the owner's written acknowledgment of compliance with the <br />Planning Commission recommended conditions, and the City Council finds that the application <br />should be approved, with one condition. <br /> <br />1.
