<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN
<br />FOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXTERIOR SIGN PROGRAM FOR THE VILLAGE
<br />SHOPS AT COLONY SQUARE, LOTS 1 - 4, COLONY SQUARE SUBDIVISION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for
<br />approval of an amended final planned unit development (PUD) plan for modifications to the
<br />exterior sign program for the Village Shops at Colony Square, Lots 1 - 4, Colony Square
<br />Subdivision; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been
<br />reviewed by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to
<br />comply with the spirit and intent of Chapter 17 of the LMC, including the Commercial
<br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG); and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 14, 2005, where evidence
<br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning
<br />Commission Staff Report of April 14, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval
<br />to the City Council, with eights conditions; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation
<br />of the Planning Commission and the owner's written acknowledgment of compliance with the
<br />Planning Commission recommended conditions, and the City Council finds that the application
<br />should be approved, without condition.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for the
<br />exterior sign program at the Village Shops at Colony Square, Lots 1 - 4, Colony Square
<br />Subdivision.
<br />
